When a picture is sold, £2.70 goes to charity and £0.30 goes to PayPal to pay for the transaction cost. Some photographers choose to earn a royalty for their work of £2, but others (known as "Fundraisers") decide to donate that money, so their £2 also goes to charity (making £4.70 in total).
