I'm not a vegetarian, but I think this site looks useful to vegetarians or for anyone wanting to learn more about it:
The Vegetarian Resource Group (VRG) "is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating the public on vegetarianism and the interrelated issues of health, nutrition, ecology, ethics, and world hunger."
It's an American site but offers a lot of useful information as well as links to other related sites.
