When to Watch Wildlife provides a month by month guide to what wildlife you can see in Britain.
This is a super site! It's packed with lots of great natural history information and a lot of useful links.

The Geograph British Isles project

The Geograph British Isles project is very impressive. Not only is it a national photography project, and a geography project but it's also a free online community project:

Birds of Britain

Birds Of Britain, The Monthly Web Magazine for Bird Watchers, has a lot of useful information for birdwatchers (such as myself).

There is a handy Bird Guide as well as well as a very useful County by County Guide to Britains Bird Reserves.
